Re-hanging and new works in the museum
- After one year of exhibitions between Paris and Montpellier througt New-York, Gustave Courbet's paintings have come back to their walls in gallery 37.
- Contemporary works by Hantaï, Piffaretti or Viallat will be shown during the whole winter in the atrium Germaine Richier (Gallery 2). The volume of the room puts thes huge coloured canvases into value.

Military Training of the Moroccans, the Fantasia by Eugène Delacroix, has been lent to Münster in Germany for the exhibition Dreamlands - Trips of artists until January, 2009.
The Portrait of Antonio Canova, famous neoclassical Italian , by François-Xavier Fabre, wil ltravel in Italy for an important retrospective between Possagno and Forli until June, 2009.
